On October 17, 2024, the TCB Council opened a meeting to discuss the Covered List inclusion of Kaspersky Lab anti-virus software. The TCB Council is looking to create a Best Practices document to guide manufacturers, laboratories and TCB regarding reasonable due diligence in determining compliance with these requirements.
